WASH AI - Terms of Service

Introduction
WASH AI is a product developed and maintained by Baobab Tech, a trading name of Mills IT Consulting Ltd. This document outlines the Terms of Service (TOS) governing your use of WASH AI across various platforms.
Parties
This agreement is between you, the user, and Baobab Tech, under the umbrella of Mills IT Consulting Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using WASH AI, you agree to be bound by these TOS.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your engagement with any facet of WASH AI, whether through our website, apps, or third-party platform integrations like WhatsApp and Telegram, means you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (TOS).
2. User Eligibility and Registration
- Age Limitation: Users must be at least 18 years old to access or use WASH AI.
- Accuracy of Information: Provide accurate and complete registration details. Fake names, pseudonyms, or impersonation of any kind is not allowed.
- Account Security: Guard your login credentials. Unauthorized sharing may lead to account termination.
3. Service Usage and Limitations
- Rate Limits: We set threshold limits on queries. These can be altered without prior notice.
- Beta Phase: WASH AI is currently in beta. Outputs may vary.
- Recommendations: Always apply critical human thinking before acting on WASH AI advice. We disclaim any liability stemming from actions based on our recommendations.
- Free & Paid Access: We may introduce payment plans in the future but we will always provide a free tier to ensure knowledge is available irrespective of financial ability of the user.
4. Payment, Refund, and Subscription
If we introduce a pay plan, the terms will be updated accordingly.
5. Intellectual Property
We strive to provide accurate references and links for the content we use. If you have concerns about any content's intellectual property rights, please contact us.
6. User Conduct and Prohibitions
Misuse of our services, including bypassing our standard interfaces or using scraping tools, is prohibited.
7. No SLA Commitment
We aim for a 99% uptime for WASH AI across platforms but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We disclaim any SLA commitments.
8. Feedback and Privacy
User feedback is invaluable to us. Please see our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle feedback and personal data.
9. Accessibility
Our beta does not fully comply with accessibility standards. However, our main release aims to be more inclusive, making WASH knowledge more accessible.
10. Translation Quality
We are refining our machine translation services. As such, there might be inconsistencies or errors in translations provided.
11. Disclaimers and Limitations
WASH AI is offered "as is." Neither Baobab Tech nor its affiliates will be liable for indirect damages or losses.
12. Entire Agreement
These TOS, along with any associated agreements or terms, constitute the complete agreement between you and Baobab Tech.
13. No Transfer of Rights
Users may not transfer or assign their rights or obligations under these TOS to another party.
14. Modifications
We may amend these TOS periodically. Regularly reviewing this document is recommended.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Disputes will be adjudicated in Alberta courts.
